Dear Dr. VanKoevering:
I was watching your program tonight on the spirit of Jezebel and
something impressed me as you were speaking. When you said, Elijah
"saw", I had never caught that before. My impression was that Elijah
"saw in his imagination" what Jezebel had threatened and this caused
him to flee. The Word tells us to "cast down imaginations and every
"HIGH" thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God". I feel
that Elijah's imagination was influenced by that demonic assignment? I
feel the "HIGH" things are tied into the high places where Jezebel
worshipped thus sending out demonic assignments. Her accusation was
against the knowledge of God and Elijah should have cast it down. Just
thought I'd share that with you.
I was very sick for 4 years because of this spirit and could not get
well. The doctors didn't know what was causing my sickness. Only the
Lord could reveal to me that it was this spirit attacking me. I
have learned a lot through my circumstances and I praise the Lord for
the lessons learned. Thank you for allowing the Lord to use your
